We put the "Personal" back in Personal Computers. West Computers is the result of owner Jack D. West, III. Jack started West Computers back in 1997 as a side job while finishing his schooling. He managed it and held a network administrator's job at a local CPA firm in Waynesboro. During this time Jack made service calls only to customer’s homes and businesses. In 2001 West Computers first storefront was opened in downtown Laurel. Through great customer support and patronage this store prospered. A business cannot grow without providing for the needs of its customers. And West Computers did that. Going that 'extra mile' to please customers is a trademark of West Computers. In Sept. of 2004, West Computers moved to Bush Dairy Rd. in north Laurel. From this location business grew and expanded both service and support capacities.
In Nov. of 2009, West Computers moved to its current location. Across from Sweet Peppers in the shopping center that also has Genesis Physical Therapy, The Tutoring Club, and Busy Bee. We believe this location will better serve our customers and allow for future growth. We look for a bright future ahead and hope you will be a part of it. Thank you for your support. |
