MSSP Alert, published by CyberRisk Alliance, is the definitive publication covering the managed security services industry. Each fall, their team conducts a comprehensive worldwide survey of managed security providers — evaluating performance, depth of services, client impact, and contribution to the broader cybersecurity landscape.

The 2025 list represents the ninth annual edition of this research, with the evaluation process running from May through November 2025. Being placed in the Top 200 puts West Computers among the highest-ranked managed security providers in the world — a field that spans thousands of firms across every major market and region.

From Top 250 to Top 200

West Computers first appeared on the MSSP Alert Top 250 list in 2023. We've been on it every year since — and with each year, we've moved up. This year, we've broken into the Top 200. That progression isn't an accident — it's the result of deliberate investment in the capabilities we deliver to our clients.

Over the past year, we've continued expanding our security operations depth, strengthening our compliance delivery across frameworks like HIPAA, CIS Controls, and the FTC Safeguards Rule, and building out the layered protections our clients rely on for 24/7 threat detection, endpoint control, identity security, and resilient backup and recovery.

We've also continued growing our client base across the Pine Belt region and beyond — and with that growth comes the responsibility to maintain the same standard of protection whether a client has 10 seats or 200.
