West Computers Client Notifications

West Computers Client Notifications is a text-message program for service updates. If you opt in, we may text you:

  • Appointment reminders, sometimes with a Confirm or Reschedule reply
  • Support ticket status updates
  • Alerts that a technician is on the way

Messages may arrive as RCS, with SMS as the fallback. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or email info@westcomputers.com or call (601) 425-0300. Consent is not a condition of service.

Service messages include a ticket number, an appointment window, and the technician's first name. They do not include sensitive health information or other sensitive personal details. This form is only for those service notifications.
